Description У статті представлено результати моніторингу потреб серед викладачів обласних інститутів післядипломної педагогічної освіти щодо отримання знань для надання психосоціальної підтримки вчителям і учням початкових класів під час війни. Звернута увага на важливість здійснення моніторингу під час освітнього процесу, що дозволяє впливати на якість навчальної програми та процесу викладання.
The article presents the results of monitoring needs among teachers of Regional In-Service Teacher Training Institutes regarding the acquisition of knowledge to provide psychosocial support to teachers and primary school students during the war. Attention is drawn to the importance of monitoring during the educational process, which allows influencing the quality of the curriculum and the teaching process.
