Статтю присвячено аналізу проблеми ідентичності в сучасних зарубіжних і вітчизняних дослідженнях та формування спільнотних ідентичностей в умовах децентралізації як євроінтеграційного процесу, що зумовлено потребою соціально-психологічної рефлексії процесу становлення, трансформації та взаємодії спільнотних ідентичностей в контексті євроінтеграційних цілей та завдань України. Показано, що процес ідентифікації та становлення ідентичності залежить від способу ідентифікації громадян з різними спільнотами та особливостей взаємодії спільнотних ідентичностей в умовах децентралізації як євроінтеграційного процесу та під впливом воєнних дій. Набуття ідентичності розглянуто не лише як ідентифікацію з певною групою та її основними маркерами, а як вибір відповідного світогляду, певної ідеології та цінностей. Процес децентралізації представлено як такий, що пов’язаний із проявом європейських універсальних цінностей (відповідальності, самостійності, поінформованості), зміст якого і полягає у виборі цих цінностей та слідуванні їм, у спроможності громади до мобілізації ресурсів для самоврядного розвитку. Висвітлено проблеми становлення ідентичностей для новоутворених територіальних громад в процесі впровадження цієї євроінтеграційної реформи – створення нових ідентичностей, їх вписування в загальноукраїнський контекст, формування спільної ідентичності новоутвореної громади, співвідношення і взаємодії різних видів спільнотних ідентичностей (етнічної, національної, громадянської, європейської, регіональної, місцевої та ін.), які, як можна припустити, можуть або конкурувати, або гармонійно співіснувати між собою. Визначення соціально-психологічних ефектів взаємодії спільнотних ідентичностей в умовах децентралізації як євроінтеграційної реформи постане перспективою наших подальших досліджень. The article is devoted to the analysis of the identity problem in modern foreign and domestic studies and the formation of community identities in conditions of decentralization as a process of European integration. This is due to the need for social and psychological reflection of the process of formation, transformation and interaction of community identities in the context of European integration goals and tasks of Ukraine. It is shown that the process of identification and identity formation depends on the way citizens identify themselves with different communities, peculiarities of the community identities interaction in conditions of decentralization as a European integration process and under the influence of military actions. Developing an identity is considered not only as identification with a certain group and its main markers but also as a choice of an appropriate worldview, certain ideology and values. It is shown that decentralization process is connected with the manifestation of European universal values (responsibility, independence, awareness). Its content consists in choosing these values and following them, in the community's ability to mobilize resources for self-governing development. The problems of the identities formation for newly formed territorial communities in the process of implementing this European integration reform are highlighted - the new identities creation, their inclusion in the all-Ukrainian context, the formation of a common identity of the newly formed community, the correlation and interaction of various types of community identities (ethnic, national, civic, European, regional, local). It is assumed that these types can either compete or coexist harmoniously with each other. Determining the social and psychological effects of the community identities interaction in conditions of decentralization as a European integration reform will become the perspective of our further research. |
