Дослідження присвячено аналізу інноваційних методів професійного розвитку керівників, що застосовуються у зарубіжній сфері бізнес-навчання. Обґрунтовано важливість та проаналізовано переваги введення інновацій в процес професійного розвитку персоналу та керівників поштових відділень. Охарактеризовано інноваційні методи, які мають потенціал ефективно впливати на професійний розвиток керівників поштових відділень.
The research is devoted to the analysis of innovative methods of managers’ professional development in the foreign field of business education. The importance of introducing innovations into the process of professional development of staff and managers of post offices was substantiated and analyzed. Innovative methods that could effectively influence the professional development of the heads of postal departments were characterized. |
