В умовах війни, екстремальних ситуацій та тривалого стресу, які переживає Україна та її громадяни природнім стає виснаження захисних сил організму, адаптаційних можливостей як дорослої людини, так і представників найбільш незахищеної категорії осіб – дітей. Результатами таких подій можуть стати розлади психіки невротичного та психогенного характеру. Одним з таких порушень є посттравматичний стресовий розлад, за умов якого відбуваються характерні зміни особистості дитини, дезадатпація до оточуючого мікросоціального та макросоціального середовища, погіршення здоров’я в цілому, не лише психіки дитини. Діти, зокрема з особливими освітніми потребами, після перебування в екстремальних ситуаціях потребують посиленої уваги, підтримки, психологічної допомоги та відповідного супроводу. В залежності від того, коли і наскільки якісно буде надана психологічна допомога залежить, ефективність подолання наслідків перебування в екстремальних ситуаціях дітей та повернення їх у соціум.
In the conditions of war, extreme situations and long-term stress experienced by Ukraine and its citizens, it becomes natural to exhaust the body's protective forces, adaptation capabilities of both adults and representatives of the most vulnerable category of persons - children. The results of such events can be mental disorders of a neurotic and psychogenic nature. One of these disorders is post-traumatic stress disorder, under the conditions of which there are characteristic changes in the child's personality, maladaptation to the surrounding microsocial and macrosocial environment, deterioration of health in general, not only of the child's psyche. Children, in particular with special educational needs, need increased attention, support, psychological help and appropriate support after being in extreme situations. The effectiveness of overcoming the consequences of children's stay in extreme situations and their return to society depends on when and to what extent psychological assistance will be provided. |
