У статті розкрито проблему цифрової трансформації в освіті, проаналізовані стратегічні орієнтири та успішні практики формування цифрової компетентності. Визначено, що глобальні виклики актуалізують проблему це комплексної роботи над побудовою екосистеми цифрових рішень у сфері освіти зі створенням безпечного електронного освітнього середовища, забезпеченням необхідної цифрової інфраструктури закладів, підвищення рівня цифрової компетентності, цифровою трансформації процесів та послуг. Констатовано , що система освіти має зазнати докорінних цифрових змін та відповідати світовим тенденціям цифрового розвитку. Набуття цифрових компетентностей стає базовою потребою для кожного, тому українська система освіти має забезпечувати формування цифрових компетентностей здобувачів освіти, педагогічних та науково-педагогічних працівників. Доведено, що цифрова компетентність є інтегрованою здатністю особистості, до складу якої входять знання, уміння, досвід, цінності та ставлення, яка займає ключове місце в системі професійних та загальних компетентностей і є основою для професійного становлення в будь-якій галузі діяльності сучасного фахівця. Виокремлено два стратегічні пріоритети цифрової трансформації в освіті. Це сприяння розвитку високоефективної цифрової екосистеми освіти та підвищення цифрових навичок та компетентностей. Щодо сприяння розвитку високоефективної цифрової екосистеми освіти, то необхідно розвивати інфраструктуру, цифровий потенціал, включаючи сучасні організаційні можливості; освітній персона (високоякісний навчальний контент). Для підвищення цифрової компетентності необхідно забезпечити доступ до інформаційних знань, інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій, які уможливлюють використання, зокрема і штучного інтелекту та здатні протидіяти дезінформації. Розкрито можливості відкритих освітніх ресурсів та освітніх онлайн-платформ у формуванні цифрової компетентності. The article reveals the problem of digital transformation in education, analyzes strategic orientations and successful practices of forming digital competence. It was determined that global challenges actualize the problem of complex work on building an ecosystem of digital solutions in the field of education with the creation of a safe electronic educational environment, ensuring the necessary digital infrastructure of institutions, increasing the level of digital competence, digital transformation of processes and services. It was established that the education system should undergo fundamental digital changes and correspond to the global trends of digital development. Acquiring digital competences is becoming a basic need for everyone, therefore the Ukrainian education system should ensure the formation of digital competences of education seekers, pedagogic and scientific-pedagogical workers. It has been proven that digital competence is an integrated ability of a person, which includes knowledge, skills, experience, values and attitude, which occupies a key place in the system of professional and general competences and is the basis for professional development in any field of activity of a modern specialist. Two strategic priorities of digital transformation in education are highlighted. This is the promotion of the development of a highly effective digital ecosystem of education and the improvement of digital skills and competences. Regarding the promotion of the development of a highly effective digital ecosystem of education, it is necessary to develop the infrastructure, digital potential, including modern organizational capabilities; educational person (high-quality educational content). To increase digital competence, it is necessary to provide access to informational knowledge, information and computer technologies that enable the use of, in particular, artificial intelligence and are capable of counteracting disinformation. The possibilities of open educational resources and educational online platforms in the formation of digital competence are revealed. |
