Розглядається важливість розвитку навичок малого підприємництва серед учнів закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Зосереджуючи увагу на професійно-технічній освіті (ПТО), підкреслюється переваги навчання учнів підприємницьким навичкам, які готують їх до викликів і можливостей ділового світу. Висвітлено сучасний стан навчання підприємництву у закладах професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти та досліджуються ефективні стратегії та підходи до розвитку навичок малого підприємництва. Визначено значення практичного досвіду, наставництва та можливостей нетворкінгу для розвитку підприємницьких здібностей учнів. Підкреслюється потенційний довгостроковий економічний та соціальний вплив розвитку в учнів навичок малого підприємництва, сприяння інноваціям та економічному зростанню в місцевих громадах.
The article considers the importance of developing small business skills among students of vocational education institutions. Focusing on vocational education and training (VET), the advantages of teaching students entrepreneurial skills that prepare them for the challenges and opportunities of the business world are emphasized. The current state of entrepreneurship education in vocational education and training institutions is highlighted, and effective strategies and approaches to the development of small business skills are explored. The importance of practical experience, mentoring and networking opportunities for the development of students' entrepreneurial skills is determined. The potential long-term economic and social impact of developing students' small business skills, promoting innovation and economic growth in local communities is emphasized. |
