Досліджується важливість консалтингових стратегій у просуванні підприємництва серед учнівської молоді закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти (ЗП(ПТ)О). Міститься детальний аналіз різних ефективних стратегій консультування, які можуть бути застосовані для підвищення підприємницьких компетенцій учнівської молоді ЗП(ПТ)О та сприяння розвитку підприємництва серед них. Висвітлюється важливість підприємництва в сучасній глобальній економіці, яка швидко змінюється і є конкурентною. Підкреслюється, що підприємництво має вирішальне значення для економічного зростання і створення робочих місць, і що ЗП(ПТ)О відіграють вирішальну роль у підготовці наступного покоління підприємців. Схарактеризовано виклики, з якими стикаються учнівська молодь ЗП(ПТ)О у розвитку необхідних підприємницьких компетенцій та знань.
The importance of counseling strategies in promoting entrepreneurship among students of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions (VTEIs) is investigated. A detailed analysis of various effective counseling strategies that can be used to improve the entrepreneurial competencies of VET students and promote entrepreneurship among them is provided. The importance of entrepreneurship in today's rapidly changing and competitive global economy is highlighted. It is emphasized that entrepreneurship is crucial for economic growth and job creation, and that VET institutions play a crucial role in preparing the next generation of entrepreneurs. The challenges faced by VET students in developing the necessary entrepreneurial competencies and knowledge are characterized. |
