У статті розглянуто ключові проблеми розвитку професійної компетентності педагога. Виявлено протиріччя які супроводжують реалізацію процесу підвищення рівня професіоналізму педагогічних працівників. Підсумовано, що перспективи подолання суперечності між реалізацією нових цілей освітньої системи та недостатньою готовністю педагогів до роботи у сучасних умовах значною мірою пов'язані з підвищенням рівня професійної компетентності педагога.
The key problems of development of professional competence of the educators was considers in the article. Contradictions accompanying the implementation of the process of increasing the level of professionalism of pedagogical workers were revealed. It were concluded that the aspects for overcoming the contradiction between the implementation of the new goals of the educational system and insufficient readiness of teachers to work in modern conditions were largely related to the improvement of the level of professional competence of the educator. |
