Description У соціально-орієнтованій ринковій економіці трудові й соціальні процеси не просто тісно взаємо переплітаються – вони стають одним цілим. Праця людини завжди була суспільним, соціальним явищем. Але у зв'язку з розвитком економіки і суспільства, науково-технічним прогресом та трудової діяльності людей набувають дедалі більшого, а нерідко і домінуючого значення порівняно з суто економічними аспектами. Особливо актуальним дані питання мають стати у період повоєнного відновлення України.
In a socially-oriented market economy, labor and social processes are not just closely intertwined - they become one whole. Human work has always been a public, social phenomenon. But in connection with the development of the economy and society, scientific and technical progress, and the labor activity of people, they acquire an increasingly greater, and often dominant, importance compared to purely economic aspects. These issues should become especially relevant in the period of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.
