У статті аналізуються сутність, роль та місце консультування як консультаційно-експертного ресурсу підтримки інноваційної діяльності молодіжного підприємництва у повоєнний час. Автором оцінюється система взаємодії інноваційної політики країни та інноваційної діяльності підприємства, пропонуються механізми включення консультаційних ресурсів до сучасної практики управління інноваційною діяльністю. Визначено фактори, що перешкоджають розвитку інновацій малого (молодіжного) бізнесу. Результати дослідження дозволили автору розробити напрями, методи стимулювання консультаційної підтримки молоді, що передбачають надання консультацій у процесі створення та освоєння інновацій, сприяння активізації та залучення молоді до процесу консультування та запропонувати механізм удосконалення взаємодії процесу консультування, молоді та держави.
The article analyzes the essence, role and place of consulting as a consulting and expert resource for supporting innovative activities of youth entrepreneurship in the post-war period. The author evaluates the system of interaction between the country's innovation policy and the innovative activity of the enterprise, and proposes mechanisms for including consulting resources in the modern practice of managing innovative activities. The factors hindering the development of innovations of small (youth) business have been determined. The results of the study allowed the author to develop directions, methods of stimulating the consulting support of youth, which involve providing consulting in the process of creating and mastering innovations, promoting the activation and involvement of youth in the consulting process, and proposing a mechanism for improving the interaction of the consulting process, youth, and the state. |
