У випуску 2(9)2023 електронного продовжуваного видання «Інноваційна професійна освіта» висвітлено матеріали ХVІІ звітної Всеукраїнської науково-практичної конференції Інституту професійної освіти НАПН України «Науково-методичне забезпечення професійної освіти і навчання», що відбулася 27–30 березня. Проаналізовано основні вектори діяльності та наукові здобутки Інституту професійної освіти НАПН України, отримані в 2023 році. Оприлюднено наукові праці вітчизняних учених, дослідників, педагогів-практиків з таких проблем: організація в закладах професійної освіти консультування з молодіжного підприємництва; розроблення й застосування в системі професійної освіти екоорієнтованих педагогічних технологій; оцінювання якості підготовки фахівців у коледжах і технікумах; професійна підготовки майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників в умовах дуальної форми здобуття освіти, дистанційного та змішаного навчання; модернізація інформаційно-освітнього середовища закладів професійної та фахової передвищої освіти; використання зарубіжного досвіду державно-приватного партнерства в розвитку професійної освіти; професійна підготовка майстрів виробничого навчання та педагогів для закладів професійної, фахової передвищої та вищої освіти тощо. Представлені у збірнику матеріали висвітлюють компетентнісну парадигму підготовки майбутніх фахівців, характеризують різні аспекти формування і розвитку професійної, цифрової, кар’єрної, підприємницької, екологічної, проєктної, самоосвітньої та інших компетентностей, актуальних для підготовки фахівців у воєнний та повоєнний періоди розвитку системи освіти України. Збірник адресований науковцям, докторантам, аспірантам, педагогічним працівникам закладів професійної (професійно-технічної), фахової передвищої та вищої освіти, методистам навчально-методичних центрів (кабінетів) професійно-технічної освіти, наставникам структурних навчальних підрозділів підприємств, представникам органів державної влади та місцевого самоврядування, діяльність яких пов’язана з проблемами освіти, науки та інновацій. Issue 2(9)2023 of the electronic continuing edition "Innovative Professional Education" covers the materials of the XVII reportable All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference of the Institute of Professional Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine "Scientific and methodological support of professional education and training", which took place on March 27-30. The main vectors of activity and scientific achievements of the Institute of Professional Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, obtained in 2023, were analyzed. The scientific works of domestic scientists, researchers, and practicing teachers on the following issues were made public: organization of youth entrepreneurship counseling in vocational education institutions; development and application of eco-oriented pedagogical technologies in the professional education system; assessment of the quality of specialist training in colleges and technical schools; professional training of future skilled workers in conditions of dual form of education, distance and mixed education; modernization of the informational and educational environment of institutions of professional and vocational higher education; use of foreign experience of public-private partnership in the development of professional education; professional training of masters of industrial training and teachers for institutions of professional, professional pre-higher and higher education, etc. The materials presented in the collection shed light on the competency-based paradigm of training future specialists, characterize various aspects of the formation and development of professional, digital, career, entrepreneurial, environmental, project, self-education and other competencies relevant for the training of specialists in the war and post-war periods of the development of the education system of Ukraine. The collection is addressed to scientists, doctoral students, post-graduate students, teaching staff of vocational (vocational-technical), vocational pre-university and higher education institutions, methodologists of educational and methodological centers (offices) of vocational-technical education, mentors of structural training units of enterprises, representatives of state authorities and local self-government , whose activities are related to the problems of education, science and innovation. |
