Мета розробки даної тренінгової програми: формування моральних цінностей здобувачів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти на засадах екзистенційної психології та притчатерапії. Зміст даної тренінгової програми відображає сучасні тенденції з формування моральних цінностей здобувачів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти, містить інформацію щодо сутності цих цінностей, методики організації та проведення тренінгових занять в умовах сучасного закладу професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти на засадах компетентнісного підходу. Основні положення даної тренінгової програми носять як науково-методичний, так і практично-зорієнтований характер і покликані сприяти більш чіткому та систематизованому уявленню про методику формування моральних цінностей здобувачів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Матеріали даної тренінгової програми стануть у нагоді педагогічним працівникам і керівникам закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) та фахової передвищої освіти, насамперед соціальним педагогам та психологам. The purpose of the development of this training program: the formation of moral values of the acquirers of professional (vocational and technical) education on the basis of existential psychology and parable therapy. The content of this training program reflects modern trends in the formation of moral values of vocational (vocational-technical) students, contains information about the essence of these values, methods of organizing and conducting training classes in the conditions of a modern institution of vocational (vocational-technical) education based on the competence approach. The main provisions of this training program are both scientific-methodical and practically-oriented in nature and are designed to contribute to a clearer and more systematic understanding of the method of formation of moral values of students of professional (vocational-technical) education. The materials of this training program will be useful to teaching staff and managers of professional (vocational-technical) and vocational higher education institutions, primarily to social pedagogues and psychologists. |
