В тезах аналізуються нові тенденції на ринку праці, пов’язані з цифровізацією, глобалізацією, демографічними змінами, переходом до зеленої економіки. Розглянуті три моделі професійної освіти та тренінгу: ринкова (Англія), державно-бюрократична (Франція), дуальна (Німеччина). Перераховані основні напрямки розвитку сучасної освіти, зокрема: збільшення терміну навчання в закладах освіти різного рівня, відтермінування вибору першої професії, досягнення певного паритету між професійною та загальною освітою, збільшення уваги до результатів навчання, децентралізація системи освіти.
Theses analyze new trends in the labor market related to digitalization, globalization, demographic changes, transition to a green economy. Three models of vocational education and training are considered: market (England), state-bureaucratic (France), dual (Germany). The main directions of the development of modern education are listed, in particular: increasing the period of study in educational institutions of various levels, delaying the choice of the first profession, achieving a certain parity between vocational and general education, increasing attention to learning outcomes, decentralization of the education system. |
