В роботі розглядається питання пошуку ефективних шляхів та резервів посткризового відновлення, зокрема феномен посттравматичного зростання, що визначається як досвід позитивних змін, які відбуваються з людиною у результаті зіткнення зі складними життєвими кризами. Представлено результати емпіричного дослідження особливостей посттравматичного зростання у студентської молоді. Наголошено на доцільності розширення можливостей сприяння посттравматичному зростанню, його підтримці у процесі надання психологічної допомоги студентської молоді в умовах кризової ситуації.
The work examines the issue of finding effective ways and reserves of post-crisis recovery, in particular the phenomenon of post-traumatic growth, which is defined as the experience of positive changes that occur to a person as a result of encountering complex life crises. The results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of post-traumatic growth in student youth are presented. The expediency of expanding the possibilities of promoting post-traumatic growth, its support in the process of providing psychological assistance to student youth in crisis situations is emphasized. |
