Description Розвинені країни витрачають великі ресурси підвищення рівня цифрової компетентності. Цифрову компетентність розуміють як якість особистості, що залежить від її професійної діяльності, оскільки високий рівень цифрової компетентності одна із вирішальних чинників реалізації успішної праці у всіх сферах у суспільному розвитку.
Developed countries spend a lot of resources to improve the level of digital competence. Digital competence is understood as a quality of an individual that depends on his professional activity, since a high level of digital competence is one of the decisive factors for the implementation of successful work in all spheres of social development.
