У посібнику представлено результати наукового дослідження співробітників відділу навчання іноземних мов Інституту педагогіки НАПН України. Розглянуто концептуальні засади методики компетентнісно орієнтованого навчання іноземних мов учнів 5–6 класів, визначено й обґрунтовано принципи добору й використання видів навчальної діяльності з метою формування ключових і предметних компетентностей. Розкрито особливості формування міжкультурної іншомовної комунікативної компетентності в говорінні (монолог, діалог), аудіюванні, читанні, письмі; визначено рівні її сформованості та критерії оцінювання. Окреслено дидактичну сутність ситуаційного підходу як засобу компетентнісно орієнтованого навчання іншомовного спілкування та запропоновано систему навчальних дій, що сприяють його реалізації. У межах програмової тематики представлено зразки типових мовленнєвих ситуацій як засобів компетентнісно орієнтованого навчання англійської, німецької, іспанської мов учнів 5 і 6 класів гімназій. Методичний посібник рекомендується вчителям іноземних мов, методистам, викладачам університетів та всім, хто зацікавлений в удосконаленні відповідної освітньої галузі. The manual presents the results of scientific research by employees of the foreign language teaching department of the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The conceptual foundations of the methodology of competence-oriented teaching of foreign languages for students of grades 5–6 were considered, the principles of selection and use of types of educational activities for the purpose of forming key and subject competencies were determined and substantiated. The peculiarities of the formation of intercultural foreign language communicative competence in speaking (monologue, dialogue), listening, reading, writing are revealed; the levels of its formation and evaluation criteria are defined. The didactic essence of the situational approach as a means of competence-oriented learning of foreign language communication is outlined and a system of educational actions contributing to its implementation is proposed. Samples of typical speech situations as means of competence-oriented teaching of English, German, and Spanish for students of 5th and 6th grades of gymnasiums are presented within the framework of the program. The methodical guide is recommended to teachers of foreign languages, methodologists, university teachers and everyone who is interested in improving the relevant educational field. |
