Ідея, що розкривається нами у статті − впровадження принципу автономізації в освітній менеджмент багатопрофільних закладів позашкільної освіти, є однією з адміністративних установок і передбачає пізнання існуючих проблем керівництва, розкриття нових можливостей для раціональних форм і методів управління. Стверджувати, що принцип автономізації в освітньому менеджменті багатопрофільних закладів позашкільної освіти можливий і необхідний − відповідає положенню, що існуючі знання і практика адміністрування гарантує таку можливість і передбачає появу нових моделей управління. В цьому випадку виникає намагання розробити нову концепцію, що зможе поступово розгортатися безпосередньо в управлінні багатопрофільним закладом позашкільної освіти. The idea revealed by us in the article - the introduction of the principle of autonomy in the educational management of multidisciplinary institutions of extracurricular education, is one of the administrative attitudes and involves the knowledge of existing management problems, the discovery of new opportunities for rational forms and methods of management. To assert that the principle of autonomy in the educational management of multidisciplinary institutions of out-of-school education is possible and necessary corresponds to the proposition that the existing knowledge and practice of administration guarantees such a possibility and foresees the emergence of new management models. In this case, there is an attempt to develop a new concept that can be gradually deployed directly in the management of a multidisciplinary institution of extracurricular education |
