Стаття присвячено обґрунтуванню принципу відкритості в управлінні закладом позашкільної освіти задля забезпечення якості освітнього процесу в умовах підвищених ризиків сучасності. Аналіз наукових джерел, практика управлінської роботи у багатопрофільному закладі позашкільної освіти надає можливість розкрити цей принцип з позицій системного та середовищного підходів, а ґрунтуючись на тому, що саме відкритість є синергетичним концептом – з позицій синергетичного підходу. Розглядаючи процес управління у закладі позашкільної освіти з урахуванням доктрини людських взаємин, автор фокусує увагу на вивченні різних вимірів феномену «відкритість» − історичного, психологічного, соціально обумовленого. Аргументовано, що в сучасний період переосмислення і трансформації системи управління закладом позашкільної освіти вирішальним чинником для його функціонування постає відхід від «меж» одного закладу та одного колективу, наявність широкої співпраці. The article is devoted to the justification of the principle of openness in management of an out-of-school education institution to ensure the quality of the educational process in conditions of increased modern risks. The analysis of scientific sources, the practice of managerial work in a multidisciplinary institution of extracurricular education provides the opportunity to reveal this principle from the positions of systemic and environmental approaches, and based on the fact that openness itself is a synergistic concept - from the positions of a synergistic approach. Examining the management process in an out-of-school education institution taking into account the doctrine of human relations, the author focuses attention on the study of various dimensions of the "openness" phenomenon - historical, psychological, and socially determined. It is argued that in the modern period of rethinking and transformation of the management system of an out-of-school education institution, the decisive factor for its functioning is the departure from the "boundaries" of one institution and one team, the presence of broad cooperation. |
