Проблема дослідження пов’язана із розкриттям сучасного виміру професійної діяльності директора закладу позашкільної освіти. Доведено, що освітній менеджмент у закладах позашкільної освіти є науковою проблемою, в якій розкриваються основні підходи, теорії і практики, нові лінії досліджень, що сьогодні потребують від директора якісного нового рівня управлінської культури. У підрозділі наголошено на нових умовах роботи закладів, підкреслено наявні проблеми, що пов’язані із новими тенденціями у освітній галузі. Результати дослідження доводять, що в сучасних умовах, що характеризуються розвитком мережевого суспільства, поширенням онлайн-освіти, активною фазою діджиталізації, дослідникам слід формувати нову систему знань про освітній менеджмент закладів позашкільної освіти, а директору закладу позашкільної освіти − переходити на нові технології та алгоритми освітнього менеджменту. Автор наводить низку вимог до професійних дій з боку керівництва, що зумовлене діджиталізацією, а також розкриває недоліки, які мають вплив на комунікацію у системі «педагог – керівник закладу позашкільної освіти». У підрозділі доведено, що для універсалізації професійних і особистих рис керівника важливо оволодіти новим розумінням професійної культури менеджера, де необхідним елементом постає готовність до формування культури автономізації закладу позашкільної освіти.
The research problem is related to the disclosure of the modern dimension of the professional activity of the director of an extracurricular education institution. It has been proven that educational management in extracurricular education institutions is a scientific problem in which the main approaches, theories and practices, new lines of research, which today require a high-quality new level of management culture from the director, are revealed. The subdivision emphasizes the new conditions of work of institutions, emphasizes the existing problems associated with new trends in the educational sector. The results of the study prove that in modern conditions characterized by the development of the network society, the spread of online education, and the active phase of digitalization, researchers should form a new system of knowledge about the educational management of extracurricular education institutions, and the director of an extracurricular education institution should switch to new technologies and educational management algorithms. The author cites a number of requirements for professional actions on the part of management, which is caused by digitalization, and also reveals shortcomings that have an impact on communication in the system "teacher - head of an extracurricular education institution". It is proved in the subsection that in order to universalize the professional and personal traits of the manager, it is important to master a new understanding of the professional culture of the manager, where readiness for the formation of the culture of autonomy of the after-school educational institution appears as a necessary element. |
