Description Авторкою акцентовано увагу на необхідності застосування методу «рівний – рівному» у формуванні соціально успішної особистості старшокласника. У дослідженні зазначено, що цей метод є основним у просвітницькій, тренерській, волонтерській роботі громадської організації «Міжнародна Школа Рівних Можливостей» та обґрунтовано його важливість у формуванні досвіду соціальної успішності учнів.
The author emphasized the need to use the "equal to equal" method in the formation of a socially successful personality of a high school student. There search indicates that this method is the main one in the educational, coaching, and volunteer work of the non-governmental organization "International School of Equal Opportunities". The researcher substantiates the importance of this method in forming the experience of social success of students.
