Проблема якісної професійної підготовки курсантів у ВВНЗ з початком повномасштабної військової агресії Російської Федерації проти України стала предметом уваги широкого кола науковців (О. Діденка, В. Мірненко В. Рахманова, І. Руснак та ін.). Випускник вищого військового навчального закладу (ВВНЗ) для потреб сектору безпеки та оборони має насамперед вміти ефективно організовувати, керувати, воювати, перемагати та навчати цьому своїх підлеглих. Однак результат вивчення досвіду становлення молодих випускників дозволив виявити практичні науково-педагогічні суперечності між: не задовільною якістю підготовки офіцерів для потреб сектору безпеки та оборони та вимогами Замовника; не відповідності сучасної моделі підготовки офіцерів у ВВНЗ високим вимогам готовності офіцерів до професійної діяльності в умовах бойових дій пов’язаних з високим ризиком для життя та високого стресового стану.Тому метою доповіді є обрис ключових професійних вимог до науково-педагогічних кадрів в оновленій моделі ВВНЗ.
Since the beginning of the full-scale military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the problem of high-quality professional training of cadets in higher education institutions has become the subject of attention of a wide range of scientists (A. Didenko, V. Mirnenko, V. Rakhmanova, I. Rusnak, etc.). A graduate of a higher military educational institution (VVNZ) for the needs of the security and defense sector should first of all be able to effectively organize, manage, fight, win and train their subordinates in this. However, the result of studying the experience of the formation of young graduates allowed us to identify practical scientific and pedagogical contradictions between: not satisfactory quality of Officer Training for the needs of the security and defense sector and the requirements of the customer; not compliance of the modern model of Officer Training in VVNZ with high requirements of officers ' readiness for professional activity in conditions of combat operations associated with high risk to life and high stress.Therefore, the purpose of the report is to outline the key professional requirements for scientific and pedagogical personnel in the updated model of higher education institutions. |
