Повномасштабна військова агресія Російської Федерації проти України спонукала до відмови від застарілого формалізованого підходу в плануванні операцій та переходу до стандартів прийнятних у країнах членів НАТО. Актуалізація наукових досліджень обумовлена зміною підходу командиром підрозділу поточних операцій до планування, але потребує удосконалення і системи бойової підготовки, в першу чергу командирів зазначених структурних підрозділів. Зважаючи на зазначену потребу в роботі запропоновано впровадження кіберонтологічного підходу системи бойової підготовки командирів підрозділу поточних операцій (напрямків), що забезпечує підвищення мотивації, але під іншим кутом зору сприймати метод прийняття рішення.
The full-scale military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine has prompted the rejection of the outdated formalized approach to planning operations and the transition to standards acceptable in NATO member countries. Updating of scientific research is due to a change in the approach of the commander of the current operations unit to planning, but it also requires improvement of the combat training system, primarily for the commanders of these structural units. Taking into account this need for work, it is proposed to introduce a cyberontological approach to the system of combat training of commanders of the current operations unit (directions), which provides an increase in motivation, but from a different point of view to perceive the decision-making method. |
