У статті розглянуто існуючі систему атестації вчених у формі кандидатських іспитів. Автором запропоновано перегляд змісту кандидатських іспитів з метою забезпечення об’єктивного діагностування сформованості міждисциплінарної науково-педагогічної компетентності вчених.
The article considers the existing system of certification of scientists in the form of candidate exams. The author suggests revising the content of candidate exams in order to ensure an objective diagnosis of the formation of Interdisciplinary Scientific and pedagogical competence of scientists. |
