Вона дозволяє діагностувати чи досягнуто цілі підготовки аспірантів за допомогою освітньо-професійної програми. Освітньо-професійна програма реалізує вимоги розробленої дисертантом освітньо-кваліфікаційної характеристики. Отримано фундаментальний результат в галузі теорії і методики професійної освіти, який коректує філософію освіти.
Tools for diagnosing the quality of competent training of scientists have been developed in the dissertation research. It allows you to diagnose whether the goals of training graduate students have been achieved through an educational and professional program.
