У представлених матеріалах висвітлено актуальні питання та технології управління закладами освіти в кризових ситуаціях, зокрема питання розбудови публічно-приватного партнерства закладів освіти та питання проєктного менеджменту. Презентовано принципи ефективного публічно-приватного партнерства закладів освіти, технологію партнерської взаємодії зі стейкхолдерами, поради щодо організації ефективної комунікації з партнерами та членами проєктних команд, моделі концептуалізації проєктів та формулювання їх цілей, показники результативності проєктів. Представлено також довідкову інформацію: онлайнові ресурси для розбудови партнерств, перелік професійних асоціацій та спілок, перелік міжнародних проєктів, які реалізуються на засадах публічно-приватного партнерства, ресурси для пошуку грантів. Для керівників закладів вищої, фахової передвищої та професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. The presented materials highlight the current issues and technologies of management of educational institutions in crisis situations, in particular the issue of building a public-private partnership of educational institutions and the issue of project management. The principles of effective public-private partnership of educational institutions, the technology of partnership interaction with stakeholders, tips on organizing effective communication with partners and members of project teams, models of conceptualizing projects and formulating their goals, indicators of project effectiveness are presented. Reference information is also presented: online resources for building partnerships, a list of professional associations and unions, a list of international projects implemented on the basis of public-private partnerships, resources for finding grants. For heads of institutions of higher, professional pre-higher and professional (vocational and technical) education. |
