| Description |
The development of a teacher's digital competence is a key issue for the Ukrainian education system in modern conditions. This issue becomes especially important during the war period, caused by Russian aggression, which caused a significant loss of opportunities for face-to-face education and challenged teachers who are forced to turn to distance learning. In a fairly short period of time, teachers reoriented themselves to digital learning platforms, but had a negative experience with the possibilities of using digital tools, with which they were unfamiliar. The Ukrainian education system faced the issue of improving teacher qualifications in the field of developing their digital competence. The article is devoted to a description of the problems that teachers faced in 2022 and possible solutions. The study is based on a survey of teachers conducted in 2022 and the experience of conducting relevant training. The recommendations provided in the article are aimed at overcoming the issues of developing the digital competence of teachers in Ukraine.
Розвиток цифрової компетентності вчителя є ключовим питанням української системи освіти в сучасних умовах. Це питання набуває особливої актуальності у воєнний період, спричинений російською агресією, яка спричинила значну втрату можливостей для очного навчання та викликала виклик вчителям, які змушені переходити на дистанційне навчання. За досить короткий проміжок часу вчителі переорієнтувалися на цифрові платформи навчання, але мали негативний досвід використання можливостей використання цифрових інструментів, з якими вони були незнайомі. Перед системою української освіти постало питання підвищення кваліфікації вчителів у сфері розвитку їх цифрової компетентності. Стаття присвячена опису проблем, з якими зіткнулися вчителі у 2022 році, та можливим шляхам їх вирішення. Дослідження базується на опитуванні вчителів, проведеному у 2022 році, та досвіді проведення відповідного навчання. Наведені в статті рекомендації спрямовані на подолання проблем розвитку цифрової компетентності вчителів в Україні. |
