Висвітлено особливості переходу професійної освіти від педагогіки знання до педагогіки розвитку. Охарактеризовано особистісний підхід у розробленні інноваційних педагогічних технологій для використання в закладах професійної освіти. Показано важливість соціогуманітарної складової професійної освіти, що переорієнтовує її на культурний розвиток кожної окремої особистості.
The peculiarities of the transition of professional education from the pedagogy of knowledge to the pedagogy of development are highlighted. The personal approach in the development of innovative pedagogical technologies for use in professional education institutions is characterized. The importance of the socio-humanitarian component of professional education, which reorients it to the cultural development of each individual, is shown. |
