Description Теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено педагогічні умови розвитку готовності викладачів спеціальних дисциплін ПТНЗ до використання особистісно-орієнтованих педагогічних технологій; спроєктовано модель розвитку готовності викладачів спеціальних дисциплін ПТНЗ до використання особистісно-орієнтованих педагогічних технологій, яка відтворює складний взаємозв’язок методологічних підходів, принципів, педагогічних умов, методики, критеріїв, показників та рівнів готовності викладачів спеціальних дисциплін професійно-технічних навчальних закладів до використання особистісно-орієнтованих педагогічних технологій; удосконалено методику розвитку готовності викладачів спеціальних дисциплін ПТНЗ до використання особистісно-орієнтованих педагогічних технологій та діагностичний інструментарій оцінювання рівнів розвиненості готовності викладачів спеціальних дисциплін ПТНЗ до використання особистісно-орієнтованих педагогічних технологій.
The pedagogical conditions for the development of the readiness of teachers of special disciplines of vocational schools to use personality-oriented pedagogical technologies are theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested; a model for the development of readiness of teachers of special disciplines to use personality-oriented pedagogical technologies, which reproduces the complex relationship of methodological approaches, principles, pedagogical conditions, methods, criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of teachers of special disciplines to use personal disciplines. oriented pedagogical technologies; the method of development of readiness of teachers of special disciplines of VET to use personality-oriented pedagogical technologies and diagnostic tools for assessing the levels of development of readiness of teachers of special disciplines of VET to use personality-oriented pedagogical technologies has been improved.
