Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата педагогічних наук зі спеціальності 13.00.03 – корекційна педагогіка. – Інститут спеціальної педагогіки і психології імені Миколи Ярмаченка НАПН України. – Київ, 2021. Дисертаційна робота є теоретико-експериментальним дослідженням проблеми формування слухомовленневих навичок дітей з кохлеарними імплантами. У дисертації представлено результати аналізу зарубіжних і вітчизняних досліджень щодо особливостей формування слухомовленневих навичок у дітей з порушеннями слуху. Слухомовленневий розвиток розглянуто з позицій системного підходу як цілісну психофізіологічну та лінгводидактичну категорію з огляду на характер взаємозв’язків між її слуховою, мовленневою та психолого-педагогічною складовими та визначено важливі аспекти проблеми: соціально-комунікативні, медико-технічні, педагогічні. Узагальнено основні теоретичні позиції щодо сутності, напрямів та змісту корекційно-розвивального впливу на дітей з кохлеарними імплантами та визначено його як пролонгований, динамічний міждисциплінарний процес, що реалізується на засадах командної взаємодії; комплекс заходів, спрямований на оптимізацію сенсорного, пізнавального, соціально-комунікативного розвитку дітей з порушеннями слуху. Виявлено значущі чинники та визначено особливості слухомовленневого розвитку дітей з кохлеарними імплантами. Розроблено, репрезентовано у вигляді моделі і експериментально перевірено технологію слухомовленневого розвитку дітей з кохлеарними імплантами, цільова, концептуальна, змістова та професійно-компетентнісна складові якої забезпечують комплексність корекційно-розвивального впливу з врахуванням основних чинників впливу та стану слухомовленневого розвитку дітей з кохлеарними імплантами. Доповнено наукові уявлення про зміст і організацію корекційно-розвивальної роботи з дітьми з кохлеарними імплантами та їх родинами. До наукового обігу введено поняття «слухомовленневий розвиток дітей з кохлеарними імплантами», уточнено поняття «кохлеарна імплантація» з позицій комплексного підходу. Zhuk V.V. The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of formation of auditory skills in children with cochlear implants. According to the results of the analysis of the scientific literature, the content of the construct "hearing skills of children with cochlear implants" is substantiated and it is determined that the basis of hearing development of children with cochlear implants is the gradual formation of skills of detection (detection of acoustic signals), differentiation. signals) and perceptions (reproduction of unfamiliar acoustic speech signals), which form a hierarchical system (each subsequent "superimposed" on the previously formed); the formation of auditory skills provides a gradual increase in the weight of the auditory component in the perception, understanding and production of oral speech; associated with the development of auditory attention, auditory-speech memory, analysis, synthesis, phonemic processes. The model of hearing and speech skills is represented, on the basis of which the diagnostic complex is developed and the state of formation of hearing and speech skills in children with cochlear implants who receive correctional and developmental services in special educational institutions is revealed. The main theoretical positions on the essence, directions and content of correctional and developmental influence on children with cochlear implants are generalized and it is defined as a prolonged, dynamic interdisciplinary process, which is realized on the basis of team interaction; a set of measures aimed at optimizing the sensory, cognitive, social and communicative development of children with hearing impairments. Significant factors have been identified and features of auditory development of children with cochlear implants have been identified. It is stated that the formation of hearing skills in children with cochlear implants does not always occur under favorable conditions, the obvious consequence of this is that even among children with extensive auditory experience the level of hearing development in most children has not reached sufficient and necessitates targeted phased correctional and developmental influence. taking into account all stages of development. The technology of hearing and speech development of children with cochlear implants is developed, represented in the form of a model and experimentally tested. Scientific ideas about the content and organization of correctional and developmental work with children with cochlear implants and their families have been supplemented. The concept of "hearing development of children with cochlear implants" was introduced into scientific circulation, the concept of "cochlear implantation" was specified from the standpoint of an integrated approach. |
