В освіті дітей з порушеннями слуху в Україні в останні роки означилися очевидні позитивні тенденції, що мають безпосередній вплив на слухомовленнєвий розвиток: запроваджено раннє втручання (законодавчо унормовано раннє виявлення порушень слуху та рання допомога дитині і її родині), здійснюється слухопротезування високотехнологічними засобами корекції слуху, поширюється варіативність підходів та гнучкість в освіті, що ґрунтується на функціональному підході, орієнтуванні не на нозологічну категорію, а на потреби конкретної дитини, які можуть виходити за межі типових проявів порушення слуху або не спричиняти очевидних освітніх труднощів. Однак, війна змінила реальність, зокрема й освітню, ускладнила реалізацію законодавчо визначених та науково обґрунтованих положень щодо супроводу дітей з порушеннями слуху: введено змішаний формат навчання, збільшилося навантаження на освітян, ускладнився психологічний стан усіх учасників освітнього процесу, варіативність соціальнотериторіальних родинних умов життя здобувачів освіти зумовила великі розбіжності у можливостях організації навчання.
In the education of children with hearing impairments in Ukraine in recent years, there have been obvious positive trends that have a direct impact on hearing and speech development: early intervention has been introduced (early detection of hearing impairments and early assistance to the child and his family are regulated by law), hearing prostheses are provided with high-tech means of hearing correction, the variability of approaches and flexibility in education, based on a functional approach, focusing not on a nosological category, but on the needs of a specific child, which may go beyond typical manifestations of hearing impairment or do not cause obvious educational difficulties, is spread. However, the war changed the reality, in particular the educational one, made it difficult to implement the legally defined and scientifically based provisions regarding the accompaniment of children with hearing impairments: a mixed format of education was introduced, the workload on educators increased, the psychological state of all participants in the educational process became more complicated, the variability of socio-territorial family living conditions of education seekers led to great differences in the possibilities of training organization. |
