В роботі проаналізовано наявні проблеми оцінювання результативності наукової діяльності в європейському науковому освітньому просторі. У Європейських країнах реалізовано різні підходи та отримано багаторічний досвід щодо оцінювання результативності наукових досліджень, який корисно врахувати для розвитку вітчизняної національної системи індикаторів, що використовуються для вирішення даної проблеми. Залучення до участі у Європейській коаліції організацій та обговорення основних засад і підписання Угоди про реформування оцінювання в галузі науки – це неоціненний досвід для наукових організацій України, метою яких є імплементація найкращих світових практик у свою діяльність, а також інтеграція до світового наукового простору.
The paper analyzes existing problems of evaluating the effectiveness of scientific activity in the European scientific and educational space. Various approaches have been implemented in European countries and many years of experience have been gained in evaluating the effectiveness of scientific research, which is useful to take into account for the development of the domestic national system of indicators used to solve this problem. Involvement in participation in the European coalition of organizations and discussion of the basic principles and signing of the Agreement on reforming evaluation in the field of science is an invaluable experience for scientific organizations of Ukraine, the goal of which is the implementation of the best global practices in their activities, as well as integration into the global scientific space. |
