Стратегія розвитку професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти (далі П(ПТ)О) визначає її місце у суспільстві й економіці країни через формулювання місії та візії, основні стратегічні й операційні цілі та завдання щодо їх досягнення, механізм реалізації та моніторингу, очікувані результати та способи їх вимірювання. В умовах науково-технічного прогресу в галузях економіки відбувається широке впровадження інноваційних виробничих технологій на основі інформатизації, інтеграції та оптимізації багатьох процесів, «цифрової революції» та запровадження енергоефективності, принципових змін техніки та технологій, а отже зростають вимоги до професійної підготовки майбутнього кваліфікованого робітника. Досягнення нових цілей в освіті можливе за умови активної участі та зацікавленості педагогічних працівників. Стаття актуалізує історико-педагогічний аспект використання інноваційних виробничих технологій у підготовці кваліфікованих робітників, дослідження економічного розвитку як зміну технологічних укладів, прогнозні характеристики шостого технологічного укладу тощо. The strategy for the development of professional (vocational and technical) education determines its place in the society and economy of the country through the formulation of the mission and vision, the main strategic and operational goals and tasks for their achievement, the implementation and monitoring mechanism, expected results and methods of their measurement. In the conditions of scientific and technical progress in the fields of economy, there is a wide implementation of innovative production technologies based on informatization, integration and optimization of many processes, the "digital revolution" and the introduction of energy efficiency, fundamental changes in equipment and technologies, and therefore the requirements for professional training of the future skilled worker are increasing. Achieving new goals in education is possible with the active participation and interest of teaching staff. The article updates the historical-pedagogical aspect of the use of innovative production technologies in the training of skilled workers, the study of economic development as a change in technological systems, predictive characteristics of the sixth technological system, etc. |
