У статті висвітлено проблематику впливу глобальних трансформаційних процесів формування інформаційного суспільства – суспільства знань – на систему освіти. Досліджено взаємозв’язок стратегії реалізації затверджених на Саміті ООН зі сталого розвитку в 2015 році Цілей сталого розвитку людства із запровадженням в освітньому середовищі інноваційної парадигми наукової освіти. На основі джерельного аналізу освітнього дискурсного простору України систематизовано дослідницькі підходи до концептуальної парадигми наукової освіти в контексті досягнення Цілей сталого розвитку України. Доводиться, що цифровізація, є провідною тенденція формування інформаційного суспільства. що докорінним чином видозмінює суспільні відносини та вимоги до діяльності державних органів і установ, соціальних інститутів і національних систем освіти. В нових умовах система освіти покликана позбавитися рудиментів традиційної освіти, що вже вичерпала свої навчальні ресурси, і перейти від простого надання готових знань, що швидко застарівають, до виховання компетентної людини, яка вміє самостійно здобувати знання на основі дослідницьких практик та оперування науковою методологією вже з перших кроків перебування в освітньому середовищі. Запропоновано модель алгоритму набуття наукової грамотності (Scientific Literacy) в рамках Нової української школи. У статті автори дійшли висновку, що стійке зростання й сталий розвиток України має стати результатом запровадження новітніх моделей наукової освіти, яка постає не лише інструментом, а й пріоритетним засобом входження нашої країни в цифрове суспільство знань, формування критичної маси конкурентоздатної молоді як головної рушійної сили конкурентоздатності всієї країни, її подальшого прогресивного розвитку. The article highlights the impact of the global transformation processes of the formation of the information society – knowledge society – on the education system. The relationship between the implementation strategy of the Sustainable Development Goals approved at the UN Sustainable Development Summit in 2015 and the introduction of an innovative paradigm of scientific education in the educational environment is investigated. Based on the source analysis of the educational discourse space of Ukraine, research approaches to the conceptual paradigm of scientific education in the context of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals of Ukraine are systematized. It is proven that digitalization, as a leading trend in the formation of the information society, fundamentally changes social relations and requirements for the activities of state bodies and institutions, social institutions, and national education systems. In the new conditions, the education system is called upon to get rid of the vestiges of traditional education, which has already exhausted its educational resources, and to move from the simple provision of ready-made knowledge, which quickly becomes obsolete, to the education of a competent person who knows how to independently acquire knowledge on the basis of research practices and operating with scientific methodology from the very beginning steps of staying in an educational environment. A model of the algorithm for acquiring scientific literacy within the framework of the New Ukrainian School is proposed. It was concluded that the sustainable growth and sustainable development of Ukraine should be the result of the introduction of the latest models of scientific education, which appears not only as a tool, but also as a priority means of our country's entry into the digital knowledge society, the formation of a critical mass of competitive youth as the main driving force of the competitiveness of the entire country, its further progressive development. |
