Стаття присвячується рефлексивному аналізу моделей безперервного професійного розвитку педагогічних і науково-педагогічних працівників у світовому і європейському науково-освітніх просторах. Зроблено огляд сучасних успішних моделей професійного розвитку педагогів у зарубіжній практиці освіти. Зроблено висновок про необхідність використання в Україні зарубіжних теоретичних надбань у сфері освіти дорослих в умовах цифрової трансформації для вибудови максимально ефективного навчання на всіх етапах – від створення концепції до практичної реалізації, саме: формування стратегій з урахуванням контексту навчання; використання педагогами технологій, які максимально відповідають контексту; професійного розвитку педагогів як рефлексуючих практиків.
The article is devoted to the reflexive analysis of models of continuous professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers in the world and European scientific and educational spaces. An overview of modern successful models of the professional development of teachers in foreign educational practice was made.A conclusion was made about the need to use foreign theoretical assets in Ukraine in the field of adult education in the conditions of digital transformation to build the most effective training at all stages - from the creation of the concept to practical implementation, namely: the formation of strategies taking into account the context of training; teachers' use of technologies that match the context as much as possible; professional development of teachers as reflective practitioners. |
