Одним з пріоритетів вітчизняної державної політики є реформування вітчизняної освіти згідно міжнародних стандартів надання послуг дітям з особливими потребами, в тому числі з порушеннями слуху. 1-6 % населення планети має порушення слуху, яке ускладнює соціальну комунікацію на слуховій основі. За даними МОЗ України близько 1,5 млн осіб, серед яких понад 300 тис. дітей, мають порушення слуху, 11 тис дітей глухі. Спостерігається стійка тенденція до збільшення чисельності осіб з порушеннями слуху. Водночас, стрімко збільшується кількість дітей, слухопротезованих кохлеарними імплантами, нині у світі понад 450 тисяч осіб з порушеннями слуху використовують системи кохлеарної імплантації. Специфіка слухового сприймання, скоригованого з допомогою кохлеарних імплантів, зумовлює необхідність розроблення та впровадження таких педагогічних технологій, які враховують особливості слухомовленнєвого розвитку їх носіїв.
One of the priorities of domestic state policy is the reform of domestic education in accordance with international standards for providing services to children with special needs, including those with hearing impairments. 1-6% of the world's population has hearing impairment, which makes social communication on an auditory basis difficult. According to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, about 1.5 million people, including more than 300,000 children, have hearing impairment, 11,000 children are deaf. There is a steady trend towards an increase in the number of people with hearing impairments. At the same time, the number of children receiving hearing aids with cochlear implants is rapidly increasing; today, more than 450,000 hearing-impaired people in the world use cochlear implantation systems. The specificity of auditory perception, adjusted with the help of cochlear implants, necessitates the development and implementation of such pedagogical technologies that take into account the peculiarities of hearing and speech development of their carriers. |
