Методичні рекомендації присвячені проблемі дослідження емоційної сфери особистості, зокрема, емоційного ресурсу вчителя Нової української школи. Автором досліджується феномен ресурсу та його значення в процесі досягнення цілей; описуються різні види ресурсних станів та надаються поради спрямовані на їх підвищення у вчителів в процесі професійної діяльності; висвітлюється негативний та позитивний вплив емоцій на організм людини; емоційний ресурс розглядається у контексті феноменів «щастя» та «потоку»; представлено перелік психодіагностичних методик та аналіз отриманих за ними результатів; представлено також програму тренінгу для вчителів НУШ «Виявлення, розвиток та реалізація емоційних ресурсів вчителів в процесі їх професійної діяльності». Представлені у методичних рекомендаціях матеріали сприятимуть підвищенню рівня професійної компетентності вчителів, розширенню їх поінформованості про емоційні ресурси особистості та засоби та прийоми їх актуалізації. Виробничо-практичну продукцію адресовано педагогічним працівникам та студентам вищих, фахових передвищих закладів освіти. Methodological recommendations are devoted to the problem of researching the emotional sphere of the individual, in particular, the emotional resource of the teacher of the New Ukrainian School. The author investigates the phenomenon of the resource and its importance in the process of achieving goals; different types of resource states are described and advice is provided aimed at improving them among teachers in the process of professional activity; the negative and positive impact of emotions on the human body is highlighted; emotional resource is considered in the context of the phenomena of "happiness" and "flow"; a list of psychodiagnostic methods and an analysis of the results obtained by them are presented; the training program for teachers of the National Academy of Sciences "Identification, development and implementation of emotional resources of teachers in the process of their professional activity" is also presented. The materials presented in the methodological recommendations will contribute to increasing the level of professional competence of teachers, expanding their awareness of the emotional resources of the individual and the means and methods of their actualization. Production and practical products are addressed to teaching staff and students of higher, professional higher education institutions. |
