Автором визначено соціально-педагогічні умови, що сприяють розвитку лідерського потенціалу дітей та молоді. Ефективність соціально-педагогічних умов розвитку лідерського потенціалу: орієнтація цінностей лідерства в особистісно-орієнтованому середовищі, впровадження тренінгової програми з розвитку лідерства, стимулювання дітей та молоді до різних видів суспільно корисної діяльності на формувальному етапі дослідження підтверджує доцільність впровадження експериментальної технології формування лідерського потенціалу дітей та молоді в умовах оздоровлення та відпочинку.
The author has identified the socio-pedagogical conditions that contribute to the development of the leadership potential of children and youth. The effectiveness of socio-pedagogical conditions for the development of leadership potential: the orientation of leadership values in a person-oriented environment, the implementation of a leadership development training program, the stimulation of children and youth to various types of socially useful activities at the formative stage of the study confirms the feasibility of implementing experimental technology for the formation of leadership potential of children and youth in conditions of recovery and rest. |
