Вступ. Економічна соціалізація особистості відбувається через механізм соціальної рефлексії та реалізується в системі суспільних відносин, регулює соціально-економічні процеси. Соціальна рефлексія дозволяє створити умови для розвитку суб’єкта, в тому числі й економічної соціалізації особистості. Мета. Теоретичне дослідження ролі соціальної рефлексії в економічному соціумі як основи механізму економічної соціалізації. Методи. Теоретичний аналіз проблеми соціальної рефлексії та її інтерпретація в психологічній науці. Результати. Проаналізовано поняття «рефлексія» як психологічне явище. З’ясовано, що соціальна рефлексія представляє собою основу для прояву в людині самостійності та активності в процесі оволодіння економічними знаннями, економічним досвідом у взаєминах з іншими суб’єктами. Висновки. Поняття «соціальна рефлексія» – суто психологічне явище, що представляє розумовий раціональний процес або акт, спрямований на аналіз, розуміння, усвідомлення себе, власних дій, поведінки, мови, свого досвіду, почуттів, станів, здібностей, характеру та міжособистісних взаємин. Результат рефлексії – це прояв соціальної теорії, яка пояснює сутність процесу економічної соціалізації особистості. Introduction. Economic socialization of the individual, which regulates socio-economic processes, takes place through the mechanism of social reflection and is realized in the system of social relations. Social reflection allows creating conditions for the development of the individual including their economic socialization. Aim. To make a theoretical study of the role of social reflection in economic society as the basis of the mechanism of economic socialization. Methods. Theoretical analysis of social reflection and its interpretation in psychological science. Results. The concept of reflection is a psychological phenomenon. It is the basis for personal independence and activity in the process of developing economic knowledge and economic experience in relations with other people. Conclusions. The concept of social reflection is a purely psychological phenomenon that represents a mental rational process or act aimed at analyzing and understanding of oneself, one's own actions, behavior, language, experience, feelings, states, abilities, character, and interpersonal relationships. The result of reflection is the manifestation of a social theory that explains the essence of economic socialization of the individual. |
