У доповіді представлено результати наукової та науково-організаційної діяльності Інституту цифровізації освіти НАПН України за 2018-2022 рр. У звітному періоді науковці здобули нові результати у розв’язуванні теоретико-методичних і психолого-педагогічних проблем інформатизації освіти, її подальшої цифровізації, формування та розвитку освітньо-наукового цифрового середовища, створення, впровадження і використання в національній системі освіти ІКТ-орієнтованих платформ та цифрових інструментів систем відкритої освіти і науки. Висвітлено науковий доробок працівників установи, результати підготовки наукових кадрів вищої кваліфікації. Представлено підсумки експериментальної діяльності всеукраїнського рівня, зокрема експерименту «Технологія навчання учнів початкової школи «Розумники» (Smart Kids). Висвітлено позитивну динаміку цитувань наукових праць учених Інституту й збільшення кількості англомовних публікацій, представлення результатів досліджень науковців у періодичних друкованих і електронних виданнях, що індексуються в міжнародних наукометричних базах (Web of Science і Scopus). Міжнародну діяльність розкрито в результатах партнерської співпраці у наукових та освітянських проєктах, зокрема консультації в межах «Академічного дослідницького консорціуму з інтеграції баз даних, робототехніки та мовних технологій» з питань використання хмаро орієнтованої платформи відкритого навчання та досліджень для співробітництва у віртуальних колективах, які працюють на концептуальних засадах європейського дослідницького простору (ERA). Презентовано вплив діяльності Інституту на процеси цифровізації науково-освітньої діяльності НАПН України, що здійснюється через підтримування функціонування і розвиток Електронної бібліотеки НАПН України, електронного наукового фахового видання, проєктування Української електронної енциклопедії освіти. Окреслено окремі проблеми, розв’язання яких сприятиме підвищенню ефективності наукової та науково-організаційної роботи Інституту, його розвитку.
The report presents the results of scientific, scientific and organisational activities of the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine for 2018-2022. In the reporting period, the Institute’s researchers have achieved new results in solving theoretical and methodological, psychological and pedagogical problems of informatisation of education, its further digitisation, formation and development of the educational and scientific digital environment, creation, implementation and use of ICT-oriented platforms and digital tools in the open education and science systems. The scientific achievements of the institution’s employees and the results of training highly qualified scientific personnel are highlighted. The results of experimental activities of the all-Ukrainian level are presented, in particular, the experiment “Technology for Teaching Primary School Pupils “Smart Kids”. Also, it is shown the positive dynamics of citations of scientific works of the Institute’s researchers and increasing the number of English-language publications, presentation of research results of the scientists in periodicals and electronic editions indexed in international citation databases (Web of Science and Scopus). International activities are revealed in the results of partnerships in research and educational projects, including consultations within the “Academic Research Consortium integrating databases, robotics and language technologies” on the use of open training and research cloud-based platform for cooperation in virtual teams working on the conceptual framework of the European Research Area (ERA). The Institute’s influence on the digitalisation of scientific and educational activities of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine is presented. Some problems, the solution of which will help to increase the efficiency of the Institute's scientific, scientific and organisational work and its development, are outlined. |
