Коли у мами народжується дитина, вона отримує додатковий ресурс. До цього вона мала ресурс виключно для себе, на забезпечення свого існування. А тепер з'являється додатковий – на турботу про дитину. Цей ресурс, «виданий» мамі при народженні дитини, розрахований, скажімо, на 18 років. У перший рік витрачається найбільша його частина, а потім дитина починає поступово сепаруватися, і від мами потрібно все менше і менше. Але часто, замість підтримки, яка молодій мамі так необхідна в перші роки життя дитини, вони отримують звинувачення, моралі, звинувачення, що депресій не існує, що всі можуть виховувати дітей з ООП. Така мама починає себе присвячувати, віддавати і вкладати в дитину. Цілком і повністю забуваючи про себе. До чого це призводить – мами, які пройшли такий шлях добре знають: депресії, неохайний зовнішній вигляд, повне ігнорування своїх захоплень, зменшення кола друзів та багато іншого.
When a mother has a child, she receives an additional resource. Before that, she had a resource exclusively for herself, to ensure her existence. And now there is an additional one - for taking care of the child. This resource, "issued" to the mother at the birth of the child, is designed for, say, 18 years. In the first year, the largest part of it is spent, and then the child begins to gradually separate, and less and less is needed from the mother. But often, instead of the support that a young mother so needs in the first years of a child's life, they receive accusations, morals, accusations that depression does not exist, that everyone can raise children with special educational needs. Such a mother begins to devote herself, give and invest in the child. Totally and completely forgetting about myself. What this leads to - moms who have gone through this path know very well: depression, untidy appearance, complete ignoring of their hobbies, reduction in the circle of friends and much more. |
