Пропоновану увазі статтю присвячено проблемі організації методичної діяльності в школі шляхом упровадження інноваційних технологій. Розглянуто різні підходи до визначення методичної роботи. Обґрунтовано використання інноваційних форм у методичній роботі. Доведено необхідність узгодження розвитку навчальних закладів з інноваціями в системі освіти; проаналізовано проблеми методичної роботи вчителя. Виокремлено та проаналізовано інноваційні підходи до організації методичної діяльності з педагогічними кадрами. Розкрито вплив методичної діяльності вчителя на його професійне становлення. Показано перспективні тенденцій розвитку методичної діяльності за умов модернізації освіти. У статті розглянуто перспективи трансформації методичних кабінетів у сервісні центри, щодо надання освітніх послуг педагогічним працівникам. Актуалізовано проблему вдосконалення професійної компетентності вчителів в умовах закладу освіти засобами методичної роботи.
The article is devoted to problem of organization of methodical work at school through the introduction of innovative technologies. It was emphasized that creation of a modern model of methodical work is the basis for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of educational services, improving the quality of education. Updating the content of work in educational institutions and modernizing their methodological work involves econstruction and improvement of educational content, and in addition changes in the work of methodical service in general. To this end, the article considers the features of organization of methodical work at school with the use of innovative forms of work, which should be based on creative activities of teachers and implement student-centered educational environment. The article considers different approaches to the definition of methodical work; traditional and nontraditional forms of methodical work; innovation as a dominant trend in the development of education; notion of "innovation" in the teaching of interpretation; necessity of harmonizing the development of educational institutions with innovations in education. The authors analyze the problems of methodical work of teachers; directly innovative approaches to the organization of methodical work with pedagogical staff; influence of methodological activities of the teacher in his professional development; promising trends in development of methodical work in the conditions of modernization of education; transformation of curriculum offices in the service centers regarding the provision of educational services to the teaching staff; value of innovative forms of organization of methodical work with teachers; problem of improving the professional competence of teachers in terms of educational institutions by means of methodical robot. Special attention is paid to methodological support to teachers in their educational activities; problem of preparing school leaders to implement innovative forms in the management of the methodical work of educational institutions; necessity of creation of informational educational environment, which greatly improves the work efficiency. В статье рассматриваются проблемы организации методической деятельности в школе путем внедрения инновационных технологий. Анализируются подходы к определению методической деятельности; определено использование инновационных форм в методической деятельности; доказана необходимость усовершенствования развития ученого процесса с инновациями в системе образования; проанализированы инновационные подходы в организации методической деятельности с педагогическими кадрами; раскрыто влияние методической деятельности учителя на его профессиональное становление; показаны перспективные тенденции развития методической деятельности при условиях модернизации образования; рассмотрены перспективы трансформации методических кабинетов в сервисные центры, которые будут обеспечивать учебный процесс; актуализировано проблему усовершенствования профессиональной компетентности учителей. |
