Активне запровадження в систему вищої освіти електронних освітніх ресурсів нині є актуальним в умовах глобальних суспільних і освітніх трансформацій. Форс-мажорні обставини, спричинені за останні роки карантинними заходами з пандемії COVID-19 та у теперішній час введенням воєнного стану в Україні, ускладнюють ефективне здійснення освітнього процесу майже на всієї території країни в реальному часі. Адже прагнення освітян і науковців, а також й здобувачів освіти, до збереження освіченої й сильної країни, формування й розвитку інтелектуального людського потенціалу, дає поштовх до створення адаптивного середовища дистанційної освіти в університетах України. На меті дослідження є представлення певного бачення з упровадження педагогічної технології відкритого навчального Е-портфоліо майбутніх учителів історії у системі їхньої підготовки в університетах України на засадах системного, компетентнісного і діагностичного підходів. На основі методів контент-аналізу наукового доробку вітчизняних і зарубіжних учених, пропонується стислий опис етапів системного алгоритму за методикою розроблення власного Е-портфоліо майбутніми вчителями історії на засадах методології особистісно-розвивального й суб’єктно-діяльнісного підходів: особистісне мотивування; командне структурування; спільне планування, презентування і демонстрування, експертування, коригування і редагування, компетентне консультування; професійне використання; контролювання і оцінювання результативності застосування. Автором представлено власно розроблені критерії до показників контролю і оцінювання результатів діяльності здобувачів вищої педагогічної освіти за історичним фахом в університетах України, зроблено акцент на особливостях забезпечення рефлексії.
The active introduction of electronic educational resources in the higher education system is now relevant in the context of global social and educational transformations. The force majeure caused in recent years by the quarantine measures of the COVID-19 pandemic and the current imposition of martial law in Ukraine complicate the eff ective implementation of the educational process in almost the entire country in real time. After all, the desire of educators and scientists, as well as students, to preserve an educated and strong country, the formation and development of intellectual human potential, gives impetus to the creation of an adaptive environment for distance education in Ukrainian universities. The aim of the study is to present a vision of the introduction of pedagogical technology of open educational E-portfolio of future history teachers in the system of their training in Ukrainian universities on the basis of systematic, competency and diagnostic approaches. Based on the methods of content analysis of scientifi c achievements of domestic and foreign scientists, a brief description of the stages of the system algorithm by the method of developing their own e-portfolio by future history teachers based on the methodology of personal development and subject-activity approaches: personal motivation; team structuring; joint planning, presentation and demonstration, expertise, proofreading and editing, competent consulting; professional use; monitoring and evaluating the eff ectiveness of the application. The author presents the developed criteria for indicators of control and evaluation of the results of higher pedagogical education in the historical specialty in the universities of Ukraine, the emphasis is on the peculiarities of reflection. |
