Стаття присвячена одній із актуальних проблем професійної підготовки студентів – майбутніх соціальних працівників до роботи з дітьми із сімей вимушених переселенців. Обґрунтовано актуальність проблем та потреб дітей вимушених переселенців щодо подолання «споживацької позиції» засобами тренінгових технологій. Розкрито специфіку й особливості підготовки студентів до впровадження тренінгових технологій для дітей вимушених переселенців. Висвітлено ключові компетенції майбутніх соціальних працівників для розвитку лідерства дітей вимушених переселенців. Розглянуто нові напрями практичної соціальної роботи: «соціальне лідерство», «лідерство в соціальній роботі». За результатами аналізу наукових джерел уточнено значення для педагогічної моделі взаємодії з клієнтами соціальної роботи концепцій ефективного лідерства та ситуаційних концепцій лідерства. Зроблено теоретичний аналіз моделей лідерської компетентності. Наголошено на доцільності впровадження моделі ефективних навичок лідера за концепцією Стівена Р. Кові «залежність-незалежність – взаємозалежність». Подано узагальнений огляд завдань та зміст тренінгової програми «Лідер у кожному» для дітей вимушених переселенців. Визначено перелік важливих компетенцій, які зможуть отримати діти із сімей вимушених переселенців під час проходження тренінгової програми. Уточнено значення професійної мотивації та ціннісних орієнтації студентів-майбутніх соціальних працівників для професійної підготовки фахівців. Отримані результати дослідження дозволяють зробити висновки про необхідність в професійній підготовці впровадження і стимулювання лідерства до практичної взаємодії, а саме з дітьми вимушених переселенців через реалізацію тренінгових технологій. The article is devoted to one of the urgent problems of professional preparation of students-future social workers for work with internally displaced children. The urgency of problems and needs of internally displaced children in overcoming the “consumer position” by means of training technologies is substantiated. The specifics and peculiarities of students' preparation for implementation of training technologies for internally displaced children are revealed. The key competencies of future social workers for the development of leadership of internally displaced children are highlighted. New directions of practical social work are considered as: “social leadership”, “leadership in social work”. The results of the analysis of scientific sources clarify the importance of the pedagogical model of reflective practice in interaction with clients of social work, modeling of effective leadership and situational concepts of leadership. Theoretical analysis of models of leadership competence is made. It is emphasized on the expediency of introducing the model of effective skills of the leader according to the concept of Stephen R. Kovey “dependence-independence-interdependence”. A summary of the tasks and content of «the Leader in Everyone» training program for internally displaced children has been provided. The list of important competences that internally displaced children will receive during the training program is defined. The importance of professional motivation and value orientation of students-future social workers for professional training of specialists has been clarified. The results of the study allow showing conclusions about the need for vocational training for the introduction and stimulation of leadership to practical interaction, especially, for internally displaced children through the implementation of training technologies. |
