У статті розкрито особливості організації освітнього процесу в закладах загальної середньої освіти, що зумовлені оголошення в Україні воєнного стану внаслідок збройної агресії російської федерації. Констатовано, що особливістю цього процесу є те, що приймати рішення про формат навчання мають засновники, місцеві органи, керівники об’єднаних громад, мерії міст, військові адміністрації. Доведено, що в умовах воєнного стану необхідним є орієнтація формату організації освітнього процесу індивідуалізацію, що реалізується на трьох рівнях: перший – урахування загальних особливостей учнів на різних етапах їх навчання та розвитку; другий – диференціація; третій – індивідуальний підхід. Виокремлено основні завдання профільного навчання полягають у: створенні умов для врахування й розвитку навчально-пізнавальних і професійних інтересів, нахилів, здібностей і потреб учнів старшої школи в процесі їхньої загальноосвітньої підготовки; виховання в учнів любові до праці, забезпеченні умов для їхнього життєвого і професійного самовизначення, формування готовності до свідомого вибору і оволодіння майбутньою професією; формуванні підприємницької компетенцій учнів на допрофесійному рівні, спрямуванні молоді щодо майбутньої професійної діяльності. Це можливо за умови варіативність і альтернативність (освітніх програм, технологій навчання і навчально-методичного забезпечення); наступності та неперервності (між допрофільною підготовкою і профільним навчанням, професійною підготовкою); гнучкості (змісту і форм організації профільного навчання, у тому числі дистанційного, забезпечення можливості зміни профілю); діагностико-прогностична реалізованості (виявлення здібностей учнів з метою їх обґрунтованої орієнтації на профіль навчання). The article reveals the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in general secondary education institutions, which are due to the declaration of martial law in Ukraine as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. It is stated that the peculiarity of this process is that the founders, local authorities, leaders of united communities, city halls, military administrations have to decide on the format of education. It is proved that in the conditions of martial law it is necessary to orient the format of the organization of the educational process, individualization, which is realized on three levels: the first - taking into account the general features of students at different stages of their learning and development; the second - differentiation; the third is an individual approach. The main tasks of specialized education are: to create conditions for consideration and development of educational and cognitive and professional interests, inclinations, abilities and needs of high school students in the process of their general education; education of students' love for work, providing conditions for their life and professional self-determination, formation of readiness for conscious choice and mastering the future profession; formation of entrepreneurial competencies of students at the pre-professional level, directing young people to future professional activities. This is possible under the condition of variability and alternativeness (educational programs, learning technologies and educational and methodological support); continuity and continuity (between pre-professional training and specialized training, professional training); flexibility (content and forms of organization of specialized training, including distance learning, providing the opportunity to change the profile); diagnostic and prognostic realization (identification of students' abilities for the purpose of their reasonable orientation to the study profile). |
