У статті проаналізовано результати опитування науково-педагогічних працівників університетів України щодо практики та перспектив їх професійного розвитку. З’ясовано форми і види професійного розвитку, найбільш прийнятні для науково-дослідних працівників. Встановлено переважаючі джерела фінансування професійного розвитку науково-педагогічних працівників. Виявлено невідповідність результатів професійного розвитку науково-педагогічних працівників із їх очікуваннями. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення професійного розвитку науково-педагогічних працівників університетів. Визначено перспективи подальших наукових досліджень у цьому напрямі.
In the article was analyzed the results of a survey by questionnaire of scientific-pedagogical employees of universities in Ukraine regarding the practice and prospects for their professional development. The forms and kinds of professional development that are most appropriate for scientific-pedagogical employees have been clarified. Ascertained the prevailing sources of financing the professional development of scientific-pedagogical employees. The discrepancy between the results of professional development of scientific-pedagogical employees with their expectations was revealed. The directions for improving the professional development of university scientific-pedagogical employees are proposed. Prospects for further scientific research in this direction have been determined. |
