Аналізується поняття інноваційно-організаційного формату розвитку лідерської компетентності вчителів предмета «Захист України» у воєнний час як цілеспрямованої систематичної колективної та групової діяльності педагогічних кадрів, спрямованої на підвищення їх науково-теоретичного, загальнокультурного рівня, психолого-педагогічної й військово-прикладної підготовки, професійної майстерності та здатності проявити свій лідерський потенціал в освітньому середовищі школи та при підвищенні мотивації учнів до захисту територіальної цілісності й незалежності України. Розглядаються інноваційні групові форми розвитку лідерської компетентності вчителів предмета «Захист України».
This article analyses the concept of the innovative and organizational format of development of leadership competence of teachers of the subject «Defense of Ukraine» in the wartime as a purposeful systematic collective and group activity of teachers aimed at improving their scientific-theoretical, cultural level, psychological-pedagogical, and military-applied training, professional skills and the ability to show their leadership potential in the educational environment of the school and in increasing the motivation of students to defend the territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine. Innovative group forms of development of leadership competence of teachers of the subject «Defense of Ukraine» are considered. |
