У статті розкрито суть поняття людиноцентризму як філософії гуманістично орієнтованого підходу та орієнтирів побудови, функціонування й розвитку соціальних інститутів, зокрема національної системи освіти. Констатовано, що головним напрямом державної політики в сфері освіти проголошено особистісно-орієнтовану її модель, призначення якої – розширення можливостей компетентного вибору дитиною життєвого шляху та її саморозвиток. Доведено, що одним з шляхів реалізації людиноцентрованої освіти є індивідуалізація, зокрема, це поняття конгруентне суті та змісту особистісно орієнтованої освіти. обґрунтовано, що індивідуалізація навчання є стратегією розвитку сучасної загальної освіти, що спрямована на дієву увагу до кожного учня, його творчої індивідуальності. Визначено, що метою такої індивідуалізації навчання є формування й розвиток особистісних цінностей учнів, їх підтримка та захист, забезпечення механізмів самореалізації, саморозвитку, саморефлексії, саморегуляції, самозахисту, самоосвіти та самовиховання, необхідних для становлення самобутнього особистісного Я-образу, створення оптимальних умов для становлення особистості як суб'єкта діяльності та суспільних відносин.
The article reveals the essence of the concept of anthropocentrism as a philosophy of humanistic approach and guidelines for building, functioning and development of social institutions, including the national education system. It is stated that the main direction of state policy in the field of education is its personality-oriented model, the purpose of which is to expand the child's competent choice of life path and self-development. It is proved that one of the ways to implement human-centered education is individualization, in particular, this concept is congruent with the essence and content of personality-oriented education. it is substantiated that the individualization of education is a strategy for the development of modern general education, aimed at effective attention to each student, his creative personality. It is determined that the purpose of such individualization of education is the formation and development of personal values of students, their support and protection, providing mechanisms for self-realization, self-development, self-reflection, self-regulation, self-defense, self-education and self-education. personality as a subject of activity and social relations. |
