Поставлені перед ученими завдання сьогодення по інтеграції у світовий науковий простір вимагають нових підходів до поширення і просування результатів науково-педагогічних досліджень, а також сучасних інструментів для оцінювання їх результативності. В роботі розглянуто питання автоматизації процесу обліку результатів наукової діяльності певних дослідників та наукових організацій в цілому. На прикладі автоматизованої інформаційно-аналітичної системи RA-system представлено опис поточних функціональних можливостей та завдань цієї системи обліку показників результативності науково-дослідної діяльності. Позначено, що з урахуванням поставлених перед науково-дослідними організаціями завдань, необхідність у застосуванні, розширенні та вдосконаленні сучасних автоматизованих систем, що збирають показники результативності наукових установ та співробітників, набуває дедалі більшої значущості. Таким чином, автоматизована інформаційно-аналітична система RA-system призначена для збирання та зберігання наукової та наукометричної інформації щодо діяльності наукових співробітників та підрозділів наукових організацій, допомагає оптимізувати збір вихідних даних, їх аналіз, а також мінімізувати трудовитрати. Today's tasks for scientists to integrate into the world scientific space require new approaches to disseminating and promoting the results of scientific and pedagogical research, as well as modern tools to assess their effectiveness. The paper considers the issue of automation of the process of accounting for the results of scientific activities of certain researchers and scientific organizations in general. On the example of the automated information-analytical system RA-system the description of current functional possibilities and tasks of this system of the account of indicators of efficiency of research activity is presented. It is noted that taking into account the tasks set before research organizations, the need for application, expansion and improvement of modern automated systems that collect performance indicators of research institutions and staff is becoming increasingly important. Thus, the automated information-analytical system RA-system is designed to collect and store scientific and scientometric information on the activities of researchers and departments of scientific organizations, helps to optimize the collection of source data, their analysis, and minimize labor costs. |
