У статті проаналізовано систему дошкільної підготовки дітей з порушеннями слуху, окреслено сучасний стан та існуючі проблеми у наданні корекційно-розвивального супроводу дітям дошкільного віку з порушеннями слуху; схарактеризовано перспективні новації розвитку спеціальних закладів освіти у межах освітніх реформ в Україні (за матеріалами обговорення із педагогами). Критеріями для аналізу визначено: зміст освіти (питання освітніх програм, доцільність створення спеціальних програм для дітей з порушеннями слуху, у чому має полягати специфіка), категорії особливих освітніх потреб вихованців / учнів (лише діти з порушеннями слуху, діти з іншими особливими потребами); рівень здобуття повної загальної середньої освіти: базова середня освіта, профільна середня освіта (для педагогів спеціальних шкіл, НРЦ); специфіка супроводу (особливості корекційно-розвивальної складової, перелік курсів, обов’язковість для всіх, особливості проведення корекційно-розвивальної роботи для вихованців / учнів різних вікових груп); власний критерій, важливий для оцінки змін (параметр, який учасники опитування обирали самостійно). Акцентовано на необхідності варіативності типового навчального плану та освітніх програм, диференціації змісту навчання, що враховує індивідуальні освітні потреби вихованців (учнів), можливості індивідуальної адаптації програми, визначення індивідуальної траєкторії розвитку та навчання. Фактично йдеться про «рівні підтримки» в освітньому процесі – підхід, який сьогодні активно розробляється для національної системи освіти дітей з особливими освітніми потребами. The article analyzes the system of preschool training of children with hearing impairments, outlines the current state and existing problems in providing correctional and developmental support to preschool children with hearing impairments; Perspective innovations in the development of special educational institutions within the framework of educational reforms in Ukraine are characterized (according to the materials of discussion with teachers). Criteria for analysis determine: the content of education (issues of educational programs, the feasibility of creating special programs for children with hearing impairments, what should be the specifics), categories of special educational needs of pupils / students (only children with hearing impairments, children with other special needs); the level of complete general secondary education: basic secondary education, specialized secondary education (for teachers of special schools, NRC); specifics of support (features of correctional and developmental component, list of courses, compulsory for all, features of correctional and developmental work for pupils / students of different age groups); own criterion, important for assessing changes (a parameter that respondents chose themselves). Emphasis is placed on the need for variability of the standard curriculum and educational programs, differentiation of the content of education, taking into account the individual educational needs of pupils (students), the possibility of individual adaptation of the program. determining the individual trajectory of development and learning. In fact, we are talking about “levels of support” in the educational process - an approach that is currently being actively developed for the national education system for children with special educational needs. |
