У монографії з аксіо-акмеологічних, синергетичних, аксіо-культурних, цілісно-системних, особистісно-діяльнісних і компетентнісних позицій розв’язується проблема цілісності акмеологічного розвитку вчителя – особистісного, професійного і професійно-культурного. Розкриваються структура, ціннісно-змістовий і соціально-перетворювальний потенціал національного феномену професійно-педагогічної культури як головної детермінанти кар’єрного зростання педагога. Висвітлюються оптимальний парадигмальний підхід, концептуальна платформа і структура багаторівневої моделі його цілісного поступу. Схарактеризовано побудовану систему загальних і специфічних принципів регуляції саморуху вчителя до вершин професійної зрілості. Для вчителів-практиків, викладачів і студентів педагогічних університетів, менеджерів і слухачів закладів післядипломної педагогічної освіти, різних категорій наукових працівників і аспірантів. The monograph on axio-acmeological, synergetic, axio-cultural, holistic-systemic, personal-activity and competence positions solves the problem of the integrity of the acmeological development of a teacher - personal, professional and professional-cultural. The structure, value-content and social-transforming potential of the national phenomenon of professional-pedagogical culture as the main determinants of a teacher’s career growth are revealed. The optimal paradigmatic approach, conceptual platform and structure of the multilevel model of its integral progress are covered. The constructed system of general and specific principles of regulation of teacher 's self - movement to the top of professional maturity is characterized. For teachers-practitioners, teachers and students of pedagogical universities, managers and students of postgraduate pedagogical education, various categories of researchers and graduate students. |
